Santiago Londono is the Chief Commercial Officer, Business Markets.
Santiago Londono is the Chief Commercial Officer, Business Markets. He is responsible for business strategy, customer value propositions (CVPs/products,) go-to-market, sales excellence, digital transformation, M&A focus for B2B, business development, strategic marketing, and customer service across C&W.
Prior to joining C&W, Santiago held key leadership roles in major companies such as Millicom, Despegar.com, and McKinsey & Co.
Throughout his career, he has demonstrated expertise in business strategy, financial management, change leadership, and team building. He has consistently delivered outstanding results in revenue growth, market share expansion, and profitability improvements, and has a proven track record of launching new products and services, entering new markets, and driving innovation.
Santiago has an MBA in Finance and Strategy from IESE Business School.
Inge Smidts - CEO, Cable & Wireless Communications
Inge is the CEO of Cable & Wireless Communications. She is responsible for overseeing the operational performance of the company including oversight of strategic planning, technology evaluation, product development and implementation, sales, operations, and customer service. She is also the Chairperson for the Cable & Wireless Charitable Foundation.
Inge first joined Liberty Global in the Telenet Group in 2009 where she held the position of Senior Vice President Residential Marketing and was a member of the Executive Team. In 2015, Inge was appointed Chief Marketing Officer for Liberty Global based in the Netherlands.
Prior to joining Liberty Global, Inge held a number of Marketing and Commercial positions with Procter and Gamble, most recently as the Business Leader for the Benelux Paper Business.
Stephen Price - VP, General Manager, Jamaica
Stephen Price is the Vice President for Jamaica. In this role, he is responsible for the strategic execution, financial performance and reputation of the consumer business (Flow) and the business (C&W Business) brands.
Stephen brings more than two decades of experience in the telecommunications industry across multiple Caribbean markets, where he has excelled in growing the mobile market share, expanding the mobile and fixed network capacity and coverage, driving year-on-year revenue growth in various customer segments, and leading an organization transformation exercise focused on building a more efficient organization for the future.
A St. George’s College alumnus, he holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Management) from the University of Technology (UTECH). Stephen has a record of service in the community - He is the Chairman of Select Private Services Ltd. (SPSL), a Board Director of the American Chamber of Commerce (AMCHAM) Jamaica, Dream Entertainment Limited and Chow Society Limited. He is also a former Commercial Director of ICC Cricket World Cup West Indies 2017 Inc.
Britta Reinhardt - Chief Commercial Officer, Consumer Markets
Britta Reinhardt is the Chief Commercial Officer (Consumer Markets) of C&W Communications. She is responsible for the commercial strategy for the residential customer business, including customer value propositions (CVPs/products,) go-to-market, sales excellence, digital transformation, and customer service across all C&W.
Britta has held executive positions at Swisscom and Salt (formerly Orange). She spent 16 of her 18 years in telecommunications in leadership positions and has served as a member of the executive board of Salt Mobile SA (formerly Orange Switzerland). Her breadth of experience extends to cost optimization, innovation management, digital transformation, retail and finance, among other C-level responsibilities.
Britta holds a Master of Science Degree from the University of Zürich and is fluent in English, French and German.
Nicolas Collette - Chief Commercial Officer, Business Markets
Nicolas Collette is the Chief Commercial Officer, Business Markets. He is responsible for business strategy, customer value propositions (CVPs/products,) go-to-market, sales excellence, digital transformation, M&A focus for B2B, business development, strategic marketing and customer service across C&W.
Nicolas has extensive experience in the technology industry. Prior to his current role, he served as vice president of the South Caribbean (Dutch Caribbean, Trinidad & Tobago, Barbados, Grenada, Dominica, St. Lucia and St. Vincent and the Grenadines). Before, he held several leadership positions in Telenet, including leading the B2B division.
Nicolas is fluent in English, French, Dutch and German and has a Degree in Economics from ICHEC Brussels Management School.
Daniel Neiva, Chief Commercial Officer, Business Markets
Daniel Neiva is the Chief Commercial Officer, Business Markets. He is responsible for business strategy, customer value propositions (CVPs/products,) go-to-market, sales excellence, digital transformation, M&A focus for B2B, business development, strategic marketing, and customer service across C&W. Prior to joining C&W’s executive leadership team, Daniel was Vice President, B2B of Liberty Networks, responsible for operations in Colombia, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guatemala and Honduras. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated expertise in business strategy, financial management, change leadership, and team building. He has consistently delivered outstanding results in revenue growth, market share expansion, and profitability improvements, and has a proven track record of launching new products and services, entering new markets, and driving innovation.
Dominic Boon - Vice President, People
Dom is Vice President People at Cable & Wireless Communications. He leads a team of experienced HR professionals who ensure that the people strategy aligns with our business objectives and the workforce supports the growth ambitions of the company.
He has been working in HR and Management Consulting for over twenty years and gained experience across a wide variety of organizations, sectors and regions. He has lived in 8 different countries and led work in Change Management, Organizational Design, Organizational Development, HR Transformation, Customer Experience, M&A, Culture Change and Employee Engagement. Prior to joining Cable & Wireless, Dom worked for Liberty Global and Liberty Latin America.
Dom holds a BA Hons from the University of Warwick and is a chartered fellow of the CIPD.
Chuck Page - VP, Technology and Operations
Chuck Page is Vice President of Technology and Operations for C&W Communications. He is responsible for leading the design, build, operation and maintenance of the most technologically advanced fixed and mobile networks to deliver premium services to small, medium, large enterprise and consumers across over 30 countries in the Caribbean and Latin America.
Chuck joined C&W in October 2019. Previously, he was VP of Access Networks and Supply Chain with the parent company, Liberty Latin America, leading the company´s access network transformation. Chuck has 30 years of industry experience working previously at ADTRAN, Qwest/USWest Communications.
Chuck holds a B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Engineering from the University of Arizona.
Susanna O’Sullivan - VP, General Manager, North Caribbean
Susanna O'Sullivan is the Vice President & General Manager for CWC’s Northern Caribbean operations which include the Cayman Islands, Turks & Caicos, the British Virgin Islands, St. Kitts & Nevis, Antigua & Barbuda, Anguilla, and Montserrat.
She is a transformational leader with over twenty years’ experience in the telecommunications industry with a rare combination of both technical and commercial expertise.
Susanna is responsible for the overall growth and continuous improvement of operational efficiencies across the North Caribbean while developing a workplace culture of high performance, empowerment, and engagement within her team of ‘North Stars’.
Prior to her appointment, Susanna led the Technology & Operations arm for Jamaica and the Cayman Islands – the first-ever female in the company to run this division. During her tenure, she successfully spearheaded the first-ever Robotics Process Automation (RPA) initiative in Jamaica, while directing a network of more than six hundred employees, contractors, and vendors across multiple regions.
Susana holds a master’s degree in computer-based Management Information Systems from the University of the West Indies, and other certifications in Economics, Business Analytics & Financial Accounting from Harvard Business School.
Sameer Bhatti – CEO, BTC
Sameer Bhatti is CEO of The Bahamas Telecommunications Company (BTC). He is responsible for the strategic execution, financial performance and reputation of The Bahamas.
Prior to joining BTC, Sameer was VP of Sales and Marketing at Comcast where his breadth of experience included commercial, go-to-market, channel development, business transformation, and MDU. Sameer brings over 20 years of industry experience including positions at Juniper Networks, Verizon, Cerberus Capital Management, and Deloitte Consulting.
In addition to his role at BTC, Sameer is a member of the board of One Eleuthera Foundation (OEF-US).
Sameer holds an MBA from Duke University and a BS in Decision and Information Sciences/Management Science and Statistics from the University of Maryland. He has also completed executive education at Harvard Business School and Duke University.
Bart Hofker - VP, General Manager, Dutch Caribbean
Bart Hofker is the Vice President for the Dutch Caribbean which includes operations in Bonaire, Curaçao, St. Maarten/St. Martin, Saba, and St. Eustatius.
With over 30 years of industry experience, Bart is a seasoned telecom executive known for his people-centred leadership.
He has held managing roles in both emerging and advanced telecom markets, excelling in roles within incumbent, as well as challenger organisations.
Prior to joining C&W Communications, Bart held Chief Executive Officer and Chief Commercial Office positions in leading telecom companies in Africa and in Europe.
Bart holds a master’s degree in economics and business economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam in the Netherlands, and he has also completed executive business programs at IMD Lausanne and Harvard Business School.
Bart, who is based in Curaçao, has two children, and is married to Ilse.
Simone Martin - VP, General Manager, Trinidad & Tobago
Simone Martin is the Vice President for Trinidad & Tobago. She is responsible for the strategic execution, financial performance and reputation of this region.
Simone brings with her over 15+ years’ experience in the Telecommunications industry. She has worked across the Caribbean, holding senior management positions in Trinidad, The Cayman Islands and the Southern Caribbean to name a few. Prior to her role, Simone served as Senior Commercial Director for South Caribbean, where she implemented commercial strategies across all consumer product lines to deliver increased revenues, subscribers and customer experience in Trinidad, Barbados, Dutch Caribbean, Saint Lucia, St. Vincent, Grenada and Dominica. She joined C&W Communications in 2014 as VP of Mobile Operations for BTC.
Simone holds a BA in International Relations & Economics (Summa Cum Laude) from Towson University, (US), an MBA from Hochschule Bremen (Germany), and a MSc International Business Development and Consulting from Novancia Business School (France).
Ruchi Kaushal - General Counsel
Ruchi Kaushal is the General Counsel of Cable & Wireless Communications. She is responsible for providing strategic legal advice to the executive management team and setting the internal governance policies to establish the company's legal and regulatory priorities. She has over 20 years of international legal experience in-house and in private practice, specializing in corporate finance, M&A, public company reporting, corporate governance, corporate social responsibility and diversity matters.
Ruchi started her career at Shearman & Sterling LLP in the Capital Markets group in Toronto, New York and London. In 2006, she joined Virgin Media Inc., as an Assistant General Counsel, and in 2012, she moved to Liberty Global plc in London to serve as Senior Corporate Counsel. In 2017, she moved to Cable & Wireless as General Counsel.
Ruchi has a B.A. in Commerce and Economics from University of Toronto, a LL.B., Law from York University - Osgoode Hall Law School, and a M.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from Schulich School of Business - York University. She is a founding director of the Cable & Wireless Charitable Foundation and also serves on the Board for Cable & Wireless Jamaica Limited and the Senior Advisory Board for the Apollo Leadership Institute. She lives in Miami with her husband and 2 children.
Oskar Nooij - Chief Financial Officer
Oskar Nooij is the Chief Financial Officer of C&W Communications. He leads the overall finance function of the company, including its financial reporting, operating budgets and treasury management. Additionally, he oversees the billing & collections operations, procurement and property, facilities and fleet. He has over fifteen years of experience developing financial business plans, financial forecasting analysis and capital planning.
He joined Liberty in 2001 where he held a variety of management roles. Immediately prior to his current position, Oskar led Capital Allocation and Business Control for Liberty Latin America and before this he was responsible for Investor Relations and Business Analysis for Liberty Global.
Oskar holds a Master’s degree in Financial Sector Management from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
Marilyn Sealy - Senior Director, Head of Communications
Marilyn Sealy is Senior Director, Head of Communications, C&W Communications. In this role, she is responsible for leading the corporate communications portfolio of the company.
Marilyn is a business professional with significant experience in all aspects of corporate communications and public relations gained across varied sectors including telecommunications, education, the media, and non-profit organisations. She has also held a variety of roles within the business including Senior Manager, Communications, South Caribbean (with responsibility also for Trinidad & Tobago and the Dutch Caribbean) and Manager, Communications of Flow Barbados.
Marilyn has a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada and an MA in Communication for Social and Behaviour Change with Distinction from the University of the West Indies, Mona Campus. She is currently a member of, and previously served as President of the Barbados Chapter of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC).
Waldo Hooker – VP, General Manager, South Caribbean
Waldo Hooker is Vice President and General Manager for the South Caribbean and has overall responsibility for the operations across Barbados, St. Lucia, Grenada, Dominica, and St. Vincent and the Grenadines. Waldo joined C&W Communications from sister company Liberty Puerto Rico in March 2023. While there, he led the teams responsible for B2C Commercial, with responsibilities for Strategy, Product Management, Sales, Customer Care, Customer Experience, Marketing, Media Sales, and Business Analysis for Liberty’s operations across Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands (USVI). Prior to his appointment as Vice President of the South Caribbean, he was focused on steering Liberty's consumer strategy efforts toward the integration of AT&T Mobility’s operations in Puerto Rico and the USVI, rebranding the newly acquired operations to Liberty, and implementing the NPS scoring system at Liberty. Prior to this, he worked in Telefonica El Salvador, Centennial Puerto Rico, and BellSouth Nicaragua. Waldo studied Industrial Engineering and has dedicated his career to the telecommunications sector since age 20.
Itay Yefet – Vice President, Information Technology
Itay Yefet is a senior technology leader responsible for shaping and delivering Liberty Caribbean’s information technology strategy across the region. He brings a strong combination of business insight and technical expertise, enabling secure, resilient, and scalable digital platforms that support the company’s consumer, enterprise, and wholesale operations.
Itay has end-to-end accountability for the design, delivery, and operation of Liberty Caribbean’s IT environment. His role includes defining and executing the regional IT strategy in alignment with commercial objectives and regulatory requirements, leading large-scale transformation programmes such as cloud migration and platform modernisation, and strengthening cybersecurity, privacy and operational resilience through robust governance and risk management.
Itay has extensive experience leading cross-border technology initiatives that modernise legacy environments while maintaining service continuity. He has driven cyber resilience programmes that balance prevention, detection, and response with clear accountability, and delivered customer- and operations-facing platforms that improve availability, accelerate time to market and enable data-driven decision-making.
Itay is recognised for translating technical complexity into clear business value, setting measurable performance indicators, and leading change in a way that empowers teams to move quickly, confidently, and securely.
Neda Brown – Senior Director, Regulatory & Government Affairs
Neda Brown is a strategic policy leader responsible for shaping Liberty Caribbean’s engagement with governments, regulators, and regional stakeholders. As Senior Director, Regulatory and Government Affairs, she leads the company’s public policy strategy across multiple markets, advises executive leadership on regulatory and political developments, and drives policy and regulatory outcomes aligned with commercial objectives, consumer protections, and long-term regional growth.
Neda brings extensive leadership experience and more than two decades of distinguished public service to Liberty, most recently at the U.S. Department of State where she served as Director of the Executive Secretariat Staff in the Office of the Secretary of State.
Her prior senior diplomatic postings include Deputy Chief of Mission at the U.S. Embassy in The Bahamas, Principal Officer and Consul General at the U.S. Consulate in Matamoros, Mexico, Director for the Caribbean and Summit of the Americas at the National Security Council, Director of External Affairs for Overseas Buildings Operations, and Head of Public Affairs and Spokesperson at the U.S. Embassy in Rwanda. She also held other strategic roles in New York, Washington, DC, Colombia, and the Dominican Republic.
Leandro Kabbach – VP Business Operations
Leandro Kabbach is the Vice President of Business Operations of C&W Communications. He leads strategic and transformational projects across our markets and supports local operations with market overview and business insights and recommendations. Additionally, he oversees Capex and Opex investments and efficiency opportunities. He has over ten years of telecom experience having worked in different countries and with different operators across Latin America.
Leandro joined Liberty Latin America in 2019 and held a variety of management roles both at the Corporate level and at local operations, including Vice President of Customer Experience at VTR-Chile immediately before joining Cable & Wireless. Prior to Liberty Latin America, he was an associate partner for McKinsey & Company.
Leandro is a Civil Engineer and holds a master’s degree in strategy and management from the University of Michigan. He is fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
Desron Bynoe | VP, General Manager, Barbados
Desron Bynoe is the Vice President for Barbados. In this role, he is responsible for the strategic execution, financial performance, and reputation of the consumer brand (Flow) and business brands (C&W Business and Flow Business) in this market.
Desron has been with the company in various capacities since 2003 including the positions of Account Executive, Premier Account Director and Sales Manager in his native St Vincent and the Grenadines, prior to his appointment as Country Manager for Anguilla in 2015 and his subsequent appointment as Country Manager for Barbados in 2021.
Bynoe holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Cumbria and professional certificates in Disruptive Strategy, Project Management and Labour Relations from the Harvard Business School, the University of the West Indies, and the Barbados Workers’ Union Labour College, respectively.
