We provide high speed broadband to the homes and workplaces of our 388,000 customers.

We also use broadband to deliver a range of additional services for our customers from entertainment to better public services

We understand how important broadband access is to economic development and growth, and so additionally run projects to reduce the digital divide, such as in Jamaica where we support the Government’s e-learning programme by providing 300 primary schools with free internet access.

Extending broadband access has also enhanced the way we manage our relationship with customers, through new channels such as customer service portals on the web and social media access to our customer contact centres. It is easier than ever for us to give customers the information they need, when they need it through a channel of their choice.
