The Board believes that Cable & Wireless Communications’ success will be enhanced by our commitment to sound business conduct and the way in which we interact with our key stakeholders - shareholders, employees, customers, business partners and suppliers as well as governments and regulators, communities and society and the environment in all locations in which we operate. The protection and enhancement of these relationships is of fundamental importance to the long term sustainability of the Company.
